The Kobe Welcome Card is a system which offers discount and preferential services. If you show the Welcome Card you can receive the benefits shown in the guidebook which you receive when getting a card.
The guidebook gives discounts to more than 60 Tourist facilities, and to 50 Hotels & Ryokans. The discounts differce from 10 to 20% on the ticket, gifts after entering a Tourist facitily, or a free breakfast in the hotel.
