Firework festivals Kobe and Surroundings
The largest firework festival is going to be the on the 1st of August, in Harborland. The 39th Minato Kobe harborland festival will have 10.000 fireworks, which can be seen best from Mosiac, and from Meriken Park. Another great firework festival is in Kakogawa, a city located west of Kobe (30min by JR from Sannomiya). This firework festival has about 3000 fireworks, and is known as very nice firework festival.
If 3000, 10.000 fireworks isn't enough for you, you can see the Yodogawa firework festival in Osaka. This festival has 20.000 fireworks, and is well known in the Kansai area... but be aware; about 500.000 people will be expected to see this festival
